Mozambique Self Catering Accommodation for the Whole Family:
We offer luxurious and comfortable Mozambique accommodation and we believe in hospitality of the highest standards. Our Mozambique self catering accommodation consists of five fully equipped, tastefully furnished, air conditioned and serviced 8-sleeper houses, situated on the newly developed Reef Estate in Xai Xai. Each house has its own swimming pool, built-in braai and a magnificent sea view that is only a 150 to 200 metres walk from the beach. We will do our best to ensure you a great Mozambique holiday.
- Our Mozambique self catering houses include the following:
- One en-suite bedroom with two three-quarter beds (these can be converted into a king sized bed) with all the necessary linen, mosquito nets and wardrobes;
- PLEASE NOTE: Linen will be changed every 4 to 6 days. Towels will be changed every third day.
If clean linen is required more often, this will be at an extra cost to our guests; - We provide a basic cleaning service. If the services of a full-time char is required, this will be at an extra cost to our guests. Please indicate this when making your booking;
- Two additional bedrooms with two three-quarter beds in each room with all necessary linen, mosquito nets and wardrobes;
- A second bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower;
- A spacious living room with two built-in single beds with the necessary linen, mosquito nets and wardrobe;
- 72cm television and satellite dish. * Please bring your own DSTV Smart Card, decoder and cables;
- Large comfortable seating in the open-plan living area as well as an 8-seater dining table;
- A fully equipped kitchen with a double-door fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, gas stove / electric oven, toaster, kettle and all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans to cater for eight people;
- A patio table for outside dining and pool loungers around the pool;
- The Estate has a back-up generator in the case of power failures and we also have our own borehole and storage reservoir to ensure that there is always water supply;
- Small safe for all your valuables;
- Two parking bays per house and
- Security guards on duty 24 hours of the day.
